In Regulations on benefits in the state system of social insurance according to the prevention of diseases and recovery of working capacity of insured persons through the sanatorium treatment approved by the Order of the Government No. 290 of April 19, 2010. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 62-63, 365), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 1 the text "The order of the Government No. 739 of July 25, 2000. "About approval of the Charter of National cash desk of social insurance of the Republic of Moldova" to replace with the text "The order of the Government No. 937 of November 13, 2014. "About approval of the Charter of National cash desk of social insurance" and to exclude the words "with subsequent changes";

The text of "The law No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007" to replace 2) in Item 2 with the text of "The law No. 131 of July 3, 2015";
