About approval of the Regulations on benefits in the state system of social insurance according to the prevention of diseases and recovery of working capacity of insured persons through sanatorium treatment

Based on article 41 of the Law No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999 on system of the national social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 1-4, of the Art. 2), with subsequent changes and amendments, and parts (3) article 15 of the Law No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004 on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 168-170, of the Art. 773), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on benefits in the state system of social insurance according to the prevention of diseases and recovery of working capacity of insured persons through sanatorium resort treatment according to appendix No. 1.

2. Determine that the expenses connected with fulfillment of requirements of the specified Provision will be performed within the means provided on these purposes in the budget of the national social insurance.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
