About modification and amendments in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of amounts of retail sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and physical persons in the markets, in shopping centers

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of amounts of retail sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and physical persons in the markets, in shopping centers, approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2016 No. 154 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.11. 2016, 7/3634), following changes and amendments:

in Item 2 of the word "in each district of the area, in the cities of regional subordination and in the city of Minsk (further-the observation territory)" shall be replaced with words "in districts of areas, in the cities of regional subordination and in the city of Minsk (further - the observation territory) according to the list according to appendix 1 to this Instruction";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Selection of trade places (shopping facilities) in the markets, shopping facilities in shopping centers is performed taking into account average load of one interviewer of 100 trade places (shopping facilities). The amount of selection can be identical to all goods or miscellaneous depending on their representativeness in the territory of observation.
