About sale of apartment houses (apartments) in the rural zone

For the purpose of fixing of personnel in the village:

1. Determine that by local executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level or the organizations authorized by them sale * populated apartment houses (apartments) ** to the citizens living in them can be performed.

* According to the procedure and on the conditions established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2011 No. 253 "About single questions of purchase and sale of apartment houses (apartments) of agricultural organizations".

** The presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus transferred within realization of July 4, 2016 No. 253 "About measures for financial improvement of agricultural organizations" and of July 14, 2016 No. 268 "About creation and activities of Asset Management Agency open joint stock company.

2. Make changes and additions to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

3. In three-months time to provide to local councils of deputies reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree.

4. The purchase and sale agreements of apartment houses (apartments) signed before entry into force of this Decree are not subject to reduction in compliance with this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective in three months after its official publication. Action of Item 3 appendices to this Decree extends to the relations which arose since July 21, 2016.
