Regulations on special documents of the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Azerbaijan Republic

1. Special documents which sample affirms relevant organ of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic are issued to the persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. There are following types of special documents:

a) the identity certificate issued to the stateless person before achievement of 16 years by it for use within the Azerbaijan Republic;

b) the identity certificate issued to the stateless person on reaching it 16 years for use within the Azerbaijan Republic;

c) the identity certificate issued to the stateless person for departure out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic;

d) the allowing certificate for permanent residence in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic.

The documents specified in the Items "and" and "b" of this Article are issued only to the persons without citizenship who got permission to permanent residence in the Azerbaijan Republic till January 1, 1992 and their children born before entry into force of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About citizenship of the Azerbaijan Republic";
