About approval of the Action plan on execution of Provisions of part (8) article 46 of the Law No. 234 of October 3, 2016 on Single Central Securities Depository

For the purpose of execution of provisions of part (8-1) articles 46 of the Law No. 234 of October 3, 2016 on Single Central Securities Depository (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 343-346, 711), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Action plan on execution of provisions of part (8) article 46 of the Law No. 234 of October 3, 2016 on Single Central Securities Depository it (is applied).

2. Deadline of realization provided in the specified Action plan - on March 31, 2018.

3. Control over forming and budget implementation, used for verification of registers of owners of securities, will be performed by Audit Chamber according to the legislation.

4. The national commission on the financial market till April 30, 2018 to provide to the Ministry of Finance and National Bank of Moldova the report on implementation of the specified Action plan.
