About approval of the Program of distribution of means of road fund for national highways public for 2018 and Programs of periodic repair national (within settlements), provincial, utility highways public and streets

Based on part (2-1) Articles 1 and parts (3) article 8 of the Law on road fund No. 720-XIII of February 2, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 753), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Program of distribution of means of road fund for national highways public for 2018 according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Program of periodic repair national (within settlements), local, utility public roads and streets according to appendix No. 2.

2. Financing of the works provided in appendix No. 1, will be performed at the expense of means of road fund for measure of their accumulation according to part provisions (4) article 2 of the Law on road fund No. 720-XIII of February 2, 1996.

3. Financing of the works provided in appendix No. 2 (except for works for national roads), will be performed by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure at the expense of means of the government budget in process of accumulating of necessary financial resources.

4. The purchases necessary for accomplishment of the specified programs to perform according to legislation provisions.
