About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the mechanism of application of cash registers with data transmission function online" of June 15, 2016 No. 324

For the purpose of ensuring the sequence of the pursued policy, and considering the planned enhancement of application of cash registers with data transmission function online within implementation of electronic system of fiskalization of tax procedures, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the mechanism of application of cash registers with data transmission function online" of June 15, 2016 No. 324 the following change:

- recognize invalid Chapters "Stage 3" and "Stage 4" of the Schedule on implementation and application by subjects of cash registers with data transmission function online approved by the above-stated order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
