About measures for implementation of the mechanism of application of cash registers with data transmission function online

For the purpose of ensuring transparency of accounting of payments, stimulation of fair business, according to article 109 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Order of registration, sealings and applications of cash registers according to appendix 1;

- The list of the organizations and physical persons which owing to specifics of the activities or features of the location can perfrom cash calculations with the population without application of cash registers, according to appendix 2;

- the schedule on implementation and application by subjects of cash registers with data transmission function online according to appendix 3;

- The paragraph the fifth ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17.12.2019 No. 691

2. To the State Tax Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform implementation of the mechanism of application by subjects of cash registers with data transmission function online in the terms established in the schedule specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
