About modification of the Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2003 No. 794 "About Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 2, Art. 121; 2014, No. 8, Art. 808; 2016, No. 49, Art. 6929).
