Based on part (2-1) Article 41 and article 42 of the Law No. 156-XIV of October 14, 1998 on the public pension system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the List of workplaces with special working conditions based on which the old-age pension on favorable terms, according to appendix No. 1 is granted;

2) the Instruction about procedure for application of the List of workplaces with special working conditions based on which pension on favorable terms, and confirmations of special years of service, according to appendix No. 2 is granted.

2. To heads of economic units to carry out assessment of workplaces for confirmation of the right to provision of pensions on favorable terms in the procedure established by the Government, to constitute the list of workplaces, with indication of the name of professions and positions of workers which according to the List are granted the right to preferential old-age pension and to register it in National cash desk of social insurance.
