About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 964 of August 9, 2016

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 964 of August 9, 2016. "About Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1047), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 1 of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure";

b) in Item 3 after the word "releases" to add with the words "or discharges";

2) in appendix No. 1:
