Based on part (8) article 35 of the Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 122-124, 195)
:1. Create under the Ministry of Economic Development and digitalization Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market.
2. Approve:
Regulations on Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market according to appendix No. 1;
Institutional structure of Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market
according to appendix No. 2.3. The staff of Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market affirms the order of the Minister of Economic Development and digitalization.
4. This Resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2017.
5. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.
