About modification of the Order of the Government No. 964/2016 about Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market

Based on part (8) article 35 of the Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 122-124, 195) DECIDES: the Government

In the Order of the Government No. 964/2016 about Coordination council on consumer protection and supervision of the market (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1047), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Formula of acceptance to state 1) in the following edition:

"Based on part (8) article 35 of the Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection (repeated publication: Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 122-124, 195)";

2) in Item 1 of the resolution and in Item 3 of appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;

The word "Personal" to replace 3) in Item 2 with the word "Institutional";

Item 3 to state 4) in the following edition:
