1. In Item 18 of the Rules of commission trade approved by the Order of the Government No. 1010/1997 (1997, Art. No. 79-80, 814), with subsequent changes, words by "National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications and information technologies" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "National regulation agency in the field of communications".

In the subitem of g 1) of Item 13 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 412/2004 on approval of some regulations to destination and pension payment to government employees (2004, Art. No. 67-72, 548), with subsequent changes, words of "National regulation agency in the field of electronic communications and information technologies" shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "National regulation agency in the field of communications".
