1. Approve Regulations on special telecommunication systems of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).

2. Accept the offer of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova on creation in its subordination of the Center of special telecommunications with the status of the state self-supporting company necessary for accomplishment of the functions assigned to Service.

3. To service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova:

approve the charter of the newly created Center of special telecommunications and contribute the main and current assets necessary for normal activities of this company to its authorized capital;

register the Center of special telecommunications in the State registration chamber in accordance with the established procedure;

exercise control of activities of the specified center.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 556 of August 26, 1992. "About approval of the Regulations on government communication of the Republic of Moldova and about some measures for its enhancement".
