The government DECIDES:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for appointment and pension payment to government employees according to appendix No. 1;
The list of the public authorities operating before entry into force of the Civil service law N 443-XIII of May 4, 1995 and the state positions of these bodies according to appendix No. 2 (option in the Moldavian language).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N 693 of July 24, 1997. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and pension payment to government employees" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, N 49-50, Art. 536).
