About modification of some orders of the Government (access to measures for employment of the population)

Based on article 8 of the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 488), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In all text of the Regulations on procedure for the appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 (2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes, the words "unemployment benefit" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "payment for unemployment" in the corresponding grammatical form.

2. In Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure for the appointment and pension payment to government employees approved by the Order of the Government No. 412/2004 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 67-72, 548), with subsequent changes, the words "unemployment benefit" shall be replaced with words "payment for unemployment".

3. In all text of the Regulations on appointment conditions, procedure for the calculation and allowance payment on temporary disability approved by the Order of the Government No. 108/2005 (2005, Art. No. 24-25, 162), with subsequent changes, the words "unemployment benefit" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova "payment for unemployment" in the corresponding grammatical form.
