About modification of some orders of the Government (improvement of procedure for provision of social payments)
Based on part (2) article 22 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In Item 6-1 of the Regulations on payment procedure of immediate compensation for the damage caused to health, persons with limited opportunities from among participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and nuclear testing, accidents with the ionizing radiation and their effects on nuclear civil or military facilities approved by the Order of the Government No. 374/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 48-49, 364), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "12" with figure "3".
2. In Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for the periodical capitalized payments from the government budget in case of liquidation of the companies without legal succession approved by the Order of the Government No. 341/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 46-48, 437), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "12" with figure "3".
3. In Item 21 of the Regulations on procedure for the appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes, to replace figures "12" with figure "3".
4.
