The law No. 140-XV of May 6, 2004 on modification and amendments in the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121-XV of May 3, 2001 and the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 and according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 1268 of December 25, 1998. The government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of immediate compensation for the damage caused to health, persons with limited opportunities from among participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and nuclear testing, accidents with the ionizing radiation and their effects on nuclear civil or military facilities it (is applied).
