In pursuance of the Law of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova N1535-XIII of February 25, 1998. "About modification and amendments in the Law on social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:
1. Form State commission on conducting check of authenticity of the documents confirming participation in mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and approve its members according to the appendix N1.
2. Approve regulations on State commission on conducting check of authenticity of the documents confirming participation in mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash according to the appendix N2.
3. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family:
together with the Ministry of Defence to provide production in the 6-month time of 3500 forms of new certificates for participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and to distribute them during the first half of the year 1999;
together with the Ministry of Finance to develop and provide to the Government the project of regulations on payment procedure of the immediate compensation provided by part in a month (1) article 9 of the Law on social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash.
