About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 837 of July 6, 2016

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 837 of July 6, 2016. "About approval of the Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 204-205, 906), to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution:

a) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words "To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Annually, after approval of the annual law on funds of compulsory medical insurance, since April 1 the monthly official pay rates provided in appendices No. 1 and 3 to this Provision are reviewed and indexed depending on the consumer price index established in the forecast of macroeconomic indicators by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure the current year, but no more than growth of expenses of fund for payment of the current medical services (fixed assets) of compulsory medical insurance.";

c) in item 4 of the word "within the maximum expense rates on compensation" to exclude;

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Health" in any form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

b) declare Item 6 invalid;

c) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. In case of determination of the size of salary fund in the public medical and sanitary organization included in system of compulsory medical insurance it is considered, in priority procedure and it is unreversed, covering of all labor costs according to the legislation. The supplier of medical services, in priority procedure, covers cost in necessary amount for acquisition of medicines, consumable materials and food to patients, observing the positive dynamics of the specified costs registered in the last three years.";

d) to exclude paragraph two in Item 11;
