No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 264-XVI of October 27, 2005 on profession of a physician (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 172-175, the Art. 839), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on compensation of employees of the public medical and sanitary organizations included in system of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection within a month from Date of Introduction in operation of this resolution:

develop and approve Standard indicators of individual professional achievements by types of medical care;

provide offers on reduction of the existing regulations to compliance with this resolution.

3. The monthly official pay rates provided in appendices No. 1 and 3 to the Provision specified in Item 1, are reviewed annually, depending on the available financial resources for the corresponding year in the funds of compulsory medical insurance intended for payment of medical services.
