I. General provisions

1. This Methodology regulates procedure for preparation of the expert opinion on the termination of need of preserving for public ownership of some real estate objects intended for the field of education.

2. In sense of this Methodology the basic concepts have the following determinations:

1) the property subjected to examination - real estate or complex of real estate units, need for which proper use is stopped or which was under authority of the liquidated public educational institution of any level and type;
