About creation of National council for veterans of war and about approval of the Regulations on its activities

For the purpose of effective ensuring social protection of veterans of the war established in the Law on veterans No. 190-XV of May 8, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Create National council on problems of veterans of war.

2. Approve:

1) staff of National council on problems of veterans of war according to appendix No. 1;

2) Regulations on activities of National council for problems of veterans of war according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that in case of dismissal of members of National council on problems of veterans of war, their powers in its structure will be performed by persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without edition of other order of the Government.

4. Declare invalid:

the paragraph third Item 1 and appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 106 of January 30, 2006. "About creation of some councils and commissions and recognition voided some orders of the Government" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 21-24, 139), with subsequent changes;
