About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136 of July 7, 2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412) DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 134 of March 9, 2017. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on public procurements and its extreme number" (2017, Art. No. 85-91, 223) figures "51" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with figures "47".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 696 of August 30, 2017. "About the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 329, of the Art. 801), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
