According to article 10 of the Law No. 131 of July 3, 2015 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 197-205, 402), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency on public procurements according to appendix No. 1.
2. Establish the extreme number of the Agency on public procurements in number of the 25th unit from the government employees falling under operation of the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 and the personnel working at contractual basis, falling under action of the labor law.
3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
