About approval of the Regulations on the customer of national segment of the Kyrgyz Republic of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of ensuring standardization of the applied organizational decisions during creation, ensuring functioning and development of national segments of state members of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the customer of national segment of the Kyrgyz Republic of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.

2. Determine the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic by the customer of national segment of the Kyrgyz Republic of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. Appoint public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic the operator of national segment of the Kyrgyz Republic of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
