1. Form Committee on cases of youth and family of the Ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Rename public institutions according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
3. Approve enclosed:
1) Provision of the Ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the ministry of social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take other measures following from this resolution.
5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
