About creation of the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products
For the purpose of improvement of providing the republic with chemical and petrochemical products, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: increases in its competitiveness and increase in the export potential of the companies (associations), the organizations of the chemical and petrochemical industry
1. Accept the offers of Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus supported by heads of the companies (associations), the organizations of the chemical and petrochemical industry, Gosekonomplan, the Ministry of Finance, the State management committee state-owned property and privatizations, the Ministry of Justice and the State committee on the antimonopoly policy:
about creation of the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products with inclusion in its structure being under authority of Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of the companies (associations) and organizations according to appendix 1;
about determination of the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products by the lessor in relation to the rent companies with which lease agreements are signed by Committee on oil and chemistry under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2.
2. Assign to the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products of function on regulation of deliveries of the major types of chemical, petrochemical and coke-chemical products, having exempted the Ministry of resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Belarusian concern of production and sales of goods of light industry from their accomplishment.
3. Approve the enclosed Charter of the Belarusian state concern on production of chemical and petrochemical products.
