About entering of amendments and changes into some Laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning public-private partnership

Article 1. Bring in article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "About bases of transport activities" (Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1998, No. 20, Art. 221; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 276, 2/1604) following amendment:

after part one to add Article with part of the following content:

"The objects of transport activities which are in property of the state for accomplishment of the obligations provided by the agreement on public-private partnership can be transferred to the private partner to ownership, use, including to free use. At the same time the term "private partner" is used in the value determined by Item 1 of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2015 "About public-private partnership" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2016, 2/2340).";
