About approval of Rules of centralized state accounting of documents of National Archive Fund

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of centralized state accounting of documents of National Archive Fund.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2013 No. 27 "About approval of Rules of centralized state accounting of data on structure of documents of National Archive Fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8366, No. 101-102 is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on March 20, 2013 (27375-27376);
2) the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2016 No. 321 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 6, 2013 No. 27 "About approval of the Instruction about centralized state accounting of documents of National Archive Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14654, it is published on January 20, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
