Item 3.6 of Chapter 3 of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) to add with words ", and also during implementation of currency exchange control, including in case of introduction of measures of protection by National Bank according to the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions".
2. The resolution becomes effective along with day of enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions".
