1. Approve the enclosed state order on actions for professional development of federal government civil servants for 2018 (further - the state order).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation:

a) conduct procurement of educational services in occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants in the organizations performing educational activities, determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation by the state order on the specified purposes according to the list of additional professional programs of occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants in 2018 according to appendix (further - additional professional programs);

b) provide together with federal state bodies the direction of federal government civil servants on occupational retraining and advanced training according to additional professional programs;

c) provide till December 25 to the Government of the Russian Federation the report following the results of occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants on additional professional programs;

d) exercise control of the course of implementation of the state order.
