About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2007 No. 209 "About lottery activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus", the following changes:
1.1. in paragraph four of subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the word "after holding draw" shall be replaced with words "during participation of this lottery ticket (lottery rate) in draw";
1.2. in Item 37:
word part one in paragraph three of "the accepted lottery rates" shall be replaced with words "no more than 95 percent from the total amount of the accepted lottery rates";
in part two of the word "50 percent from the total amount of implementation of lottery tickets (the accepted lottery rates)" shall be replaced with words "50 percent from the total amount of implementation of lottery tickets (95 percent from the total amount of the accepted lottery rates)".
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
