About approval of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on inventory count of regulatory legal acts

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, improvement of quality and optimization of the procedure of inventory count of regulatory legal acts, ensuring coordination of rule-making activities of the ministries and departments, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on inventory count of regulatory legal acts (further - the Commission) according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to take adequate measures on execution of this resolution.

3. To state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) on permanent basis to carry out the analysis of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding their compliance to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, completeness of legal regulation of question, identification of excessive legal regulation of question, lack in them of contradictions and collisions, minimization of emergence of corruption risks;

2) as required, but at least once a quarter to submit projects of regulatory legal acts for consideration of the Commission;

The projects of regulatory legal acts prepared within inventory count to submit 3) for consideration of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic after approval by the decision of the Commission, according to the procedure, established by Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on inventory count of regulatory legal acts" of May 7, 2015 No. 276;
