I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 28, 2017 No. 103 "About approval of the Method of carrying out inspection of the goods markets in which the state companies and legal entities will be created more than fifty percent of shares (share in the authorized capital) which the state possesses, and the legal entities affiliated with them and (or) to be performed by them additional types of activity" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14948, it is published on April 4, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following change:
in Appendix 1 to the Method of carrying out inspection of the goods markets in which the state companies and legal entities will be created of more than fifty percent of shares (shares in the authorized capital) which the state possesses, and the legal entities affiliated with them and (or) to be performed by them additional types of activity, approved by the specified order:
appendix to form of the petition for creation of the state company, the legal entity, more than fifty percent of shares (share in the authorized capital) which belong to the state, and legal entities, affiliirovanny with them, to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.
2. To provide to department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
