About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1310 of October 31, 2003

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1310 of October 31, 2003. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for obtaining, accounting, storage, systematization and use of dactyloscopic information and List of the positions held by persons which are subject to obligatory dactyloscopic registration" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 226-228, 1366), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name, contents of the resolution and its appendices of the word "dactyloscopic information" and "Information Directorate and Operational Accounting" in any grammatical form "dactyloscopic data" and, respectively, "Service of information technologies" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) appendix No. 1 to the resolution:

a) add with Items 1-1-1-3 and 5-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Processing of personal data in case of receipt, accounting, storage, systematization and use of dactyloscopic data is performed according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data.

1-2. According to this Provision only strictly necessary personal data which are not excessive concerning the established purpose, according to competences which allocate competent authorities will be processed, providing the proper level of safety and confidentiality concerning the risks connected with processing and nature of data according to the principles established by the legislation on personal data protection.

1-3. Within the processing of personal data performed based on this provision observance of the rights of subjects of personal data according to provisions of the Marine life protection act of personal data is provided.";
