About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 688 "About approval of Rules of preparation of the annual report on public procurements"

1. in Rules of preparation of the annual report on the public procurements approved by the specified order:

state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. The annual report on public procurements consists from:

"6. The single operator in the field of public procurements provides unloading of data on public procurements from the web portal of public procurements according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, 8 and 9 to these rules and no later than February 15 of the year following for reporting sends to authorized body in the field of public procurements.";
to state the right upper corner of appendix 8 in the following edition:
"Appendix 7 to Rules of preparation of the annual report on public procurements";
to state the right upper corner of appendix 9 in the following edition:
"Appendix 8 to Rules of preparation of the annual report on public procurements";
appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 10 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, 6 and 7 to this order.
2. (Akhmetov S. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the legislation of public procurements of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
