About approval of Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses

According to Articles 10, 13 Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation ORDER to article 255 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses approved by the order of the Central management of the Security Service of Ukraine of March 22, 2017 No. 173, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 14, 2017 for No. 506/30374, which are applied.

2. To provide to the head of department of legal support of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
