About approval of the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses

According to Article 10, Item 4-1 of part one of article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", Items 1, of 8, 14 parts one of Article 255, Item 5 parts two of Article 262, Articles 264, 265 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses, for the purpose of observance of the legislation by security service specialists of Ukraine in case of creation of protocols on making of administrative offenses, implementation of measures of ensuring production for cases on administrative offenses order:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for registration in the Security Service of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses which is applied.

2. To provide to the head of department of legal support of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
