About modification of the Order of the Government No. 401 of June 12, 2012

In the Order of the Government No. 401 of June 12, 2012. "About Fund of energy efficiency" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 126-129, 448) to make the following changes and additions:

a) in all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Ministry of Economics" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in the Provision:

10, of 17, of 41, of 71, of 90, of 91, 93 and 94 words "administrator Fonda" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words 1) in Items "chief executive" in the corresponding grammatical form;

"c) covering of own expenses of Fund provided in the budget approved by Administrative board including expenses on fee of financial auditors for the purpose of implementation of provisions of Item 109 of this provision";

4) in Item 21:

the subitem c) to state in the following edition:

"c) one representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and environment";

the subitem d) to declare invalid;

5) in Item 27 subitems c) and g) state in the following edition:

"c) appoints the chief executive of the Fund chosen on competitive basis and members of the committee on investments";

"g) approves financial and investment policy of Fund, and also the business plan constituted by the chief executive";
