According to part (1) article 20 of the Law No. 142 of July 2, 2010 on energy efficiency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010 No. 155-158, of the Art. 545) and part (3) article 16 of the Law No. 160-XVI of July 12, 2007 on renewable energy (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 127-130, of the Art. 550), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on the organization and functioning of Fund of energy efficiency it (is applied).
2. Provide to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure creation of Administrative board of energy efficiency and take necessary actions for providing the beginning of activities of Fund.
3. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
