1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 29, 2011 No. 1420 "About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on land management", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2011 for No. 1210/19948 (with changes).
2. To provide to management of sale of subjects to small privatization of Department of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
