About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on land management

According to requirements of the paragraph of third of part one of article 18-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for involvement of contractors on land management on competitive bases I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on land management it (is applied).

2. To management concerning land relations:

provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and its publication in "The state information byulletn about privatization";

in two weeks from the date of state registration to prepare orders on statement of members of tender committee of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine and members of working group which are formed according to the specified Provision.

3. To heads of regional departments of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in two weeks from the date of state registration to approve members of tender committees and members of working groups which are formed according to the specified Provision.

4. To provide to department of official printing publications and international integration publishing of information of rather competitive selection of contractors on land management in appendix to "State information бюллетню about privatization" - the Vedomosti Privatizatsii newspaper.
