About measures for acceleration of process of restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises

For the purpose of accomplishment of the Strategic plan of privatization of medium and large enterprises and restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises, remedial action in their activities and increases in production efficiency and according to article 12 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Form the Commission on questions of restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises on position according to appendix 1.

2. Approve Regulations on the commission on questions of restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises and the Instruction on procedure for carrying out restructuring of subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises according to appendices 2 and 3.

3. To the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of transport and communication of the Republic of Tajikistan, subjects of natural monopolies and especially large enterprises together with the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan until the end of the first half of the year 2005 to prepare individual restructuring plans of the companies and to submit for consideration to this Commission.
