About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1413 of December 27, 2016

In the Order of the Government No. 1413 of December 27, 2016 "about approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation on transport servicing" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 478 - 490, the Art. 1502) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the resolution and the Provision of the word "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

2) in the Provision:

a) add with Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. The documents relating to procedure for appointment and payment of compensation to transport servicing shall be subject to processing in the procedure established by the law on personal data protection.

Persons who are directly participating in processing of personal data shall process only data which are strictly necessary for accomplishment of the job responsibilities, providing confidentiality, as well as all necessary organizational and technical measures for personal data protection from destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, and also from other wrongful acts for the purpose of ensuring proper level of safety concerning the risks provided by processing and the nature of the processed data according to the current legislation.";
