About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation on transport servicing

Based on part (4) article 49 of the Law on social integration of persons with limited opportunities No. 60 of March 30, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 155-159, 508), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of compensation to transport servicing according to appendix No. 1.

2. To confer responsibility for accomplishment of provisions of this resolution on regional/local government boards and Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia.

3. To regional/local government boards and Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia to pay to receivers in full for 2016 compensation on the drive in public urban, suburban and intercity transport (except for taxi) and annual compensation for expenses on transport servicing, including, if necessary, debts on payment of the specified compensations for previous years, according to provisions of the current legislation till January 1, 2017.

4. To regional/local government boards and Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia till March 1 of the year following reporting to provide to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection and to the Ministry of Finance the annual statement about execution of provisions of this resolution.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Health, work and social protection and the Ministry of Finance.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2017.

7. At the time of entry into force of this resolution to recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
