B of appendix No. 1-3 to the Order of the Government No. 570 of September 11, 2009. "About approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 144-147, 633) to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in the corresponding case;
