About approval of some regulations for implementation of regulations of the Code on subsoil

For the purpose of accomplishment of regulations of the Code on subsoil No. 3-XVI of February 2, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 75-77, of the Art. 197), and also for ensuring rational and complex use of subsoil the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for provision of subsoil plots in use according to appendix No. 1;

Provision on the organization and carrying out tender on right to use by subsoil plots for search and investigation or mining according to appendix No. 2;

Regulations on procedure for provision of geological and mountain branches according to appendix No. 3.

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1061 of September 14, 2006. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of mineral deposits for industrial development" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 153-156, of the Art. 1164).

3. To the ministries and other bodies of public management within 3 months to bring the departmental documents into accord with provisions of this resolution.
